Much of my work begins with women who have been functioning well on the outside for a long time, right up until the point where the body starts making that harder to do.

Sleep that used to restore stops doing its job. Recovery takes longer after a demanding week. There is a kind of tension that never fully releases, and a growing sense that something underneath the surface has quietly shifted.

I am Chenise Michelle, and through The Healing Union I work with high-functioning women who are starting to recognize that pattern.
